But water is not always contaminated by humankind and can be contaminated by a geogenic source such as arsenic, antimony, fluorine, nickel or selenium that are naturally available in the ground at high grades.

A green retro-fit ultrafiltration process
Ultrafiltration (UF) is a physical water treatment process using a porous membrane acting as a barrier to stop particles and allow water and micro molecules (minerals) to go through with a low pressure.
These membranes are in the form of long hollow fibers; Their walls or “skins” form a barrier to all particles of size greater than 0.02 microns (pollen, algae, parasites, bacteria, viruses, germs and organic macromolecules) and water on arrival is perfectly clarified and free of pathogens.
For comparison, a ultrafiltration membrane pore 10,000 times smaller than a human pore of the skin.
