Wastewater Reuse

Optimizing the existing system Activated Sludge (AS), an end treatment membrane delivers water of excellent quality, far beyond conventional systems that can be found elsewhere in the western countries where we can find traces of herbicides, fungicides, drug molecules (hormones, anticancer, etc.), nitrates, endocrine disruptors, etc.

The dynamism and the innovation of the wastewater treatment industry the last two decades allows AWSE to deliver innovative solutions with a great efficiency while reducing environmental impact, making use of MBR with Hollow Fiber (HF) modules.

Wastewater Reuse

There are three type of MBR membranes:
Hollow Fiber (HF) Multitube (MT) configuration and Flat Sheet (FS). Studies have shown that FS clogs after 6 months while HF and MT clog after four.
AWSE has a preference for a particular FS membrane.

AWSE adds final purification process of ultrafiltration to guarantee an irreproachable water quality complying with NSF (US), ACS (France) and KTW (Germany) requirements.
